Bert

Bert is a handsome, 5.5-month-old Great Pyrenees with a confident and food-motivated personality. He spent his early months on a farm, giving him plenty of exposure to various animals like cats, sheep, turkeys, ducks, chickens, and cows. While he has farm experience, Bert is looking for a family to join rather than a working role.

Ongoing Health

Bert is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming. He will be current on flea and heartworm prevention and will have a health exam completed by a veterinarian within 10 days of departure.

Training & Support

Bert is food-motivated, which can be a great asset for training.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• An adoption interview/meet and greet will occur via video call.
• The adoption fee for out-of-state adoptions is $300 plus transport. This includes age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, and a health exam.
• RTB reserves the right to deny any application deemed unsuitable for the animal. Adoptions are not on a first-come, first-served basis; the goal is to find the best possible home.

Transporation

Our dogs are fostered in Texas but available for adoption and transport out of state. Transport to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue is available. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport.
