Duke

Meet Duke, a 3-year-old, 60 lb Bully breed blend who is pure sunshine! Duke arrived from Texas and is still finding his footing in a new environment. He's a dog whose entire body wiggles with joy when he greets you, and he thrives on closeness and affection. Duke is incredibly food-motivated, making him a motivated learner with a super gentle mouth and the cutest underbite. While he's still figuring things out, his eagerness to connect with people and his sweet nature make him a truly special companion.

Ideal Home

Duke would love a home where he can continue to settle in and feel secure. He's doing well with other dogs and respectful children aged 5 and up. His interactions with cats and other small animals are unknown.

Ongoing Health

Duke is up-to-date on vaccinations, is altered, and is micro-chipped. He's currently in good health.

Training & Support

Duke is still working on his leash manners and can pull when excited, but he's eager to learn. Positive reinforcement with tasty treats will be a great motivator for him as he gains confidence and learns basic obedience. He may be a bit unsure of new things like toys initially, but with patience and encouragement, his playful personality is sure to blossom.
