Topper

Topper is a sweet and silly 16 lb. mini German Shepherd mix, estimated to be around 6 years old. She arrived to us a bit shy, but after a few days of gentle space, she blossomed into a loving companion who actively seeks affection. Topper enjoys her kibble and will come inside when called for meals and bedtime. She absolutely adores playing in the yard with her canine pals and truly thrives in their company. When you pick her up, she'll lay her head on your shoulder and melt your heart instantly.

Ideal Home

Topper needs a home with a fenced-in yard where she can play with her canine friends. She is not suitable for apartment or condo living, as she can become lonely and bark for extended periods when left alone. A canine companion or two is a must for Topper's happiness.

Ongoing Health

Topper is spayed, up to date on all vaccines, heart-worm preventative, and flea preventative. She is also micro-chipped.

Training & Support

Topper needs to learn to take treats gently; watch your fingers! She also tends to yip and tug at pants legs when her foster mom is giving attention to other dogs, as she wants all the love. We are working on correcting this behavior. When no one is home, she is baby-gated to keep her safe and secure.
