GRACIE - gentle love bug

Meet Gracie! This gentle love bug is about 2 years old and weighs in at 62 pounds of pure sweetness. While her exact breed mix is a mystery, she's likely a beautiful blend of Great Pyrenees and perhaps some English Shepherd. Gracie came to us from a difficult hoarding situation and was heartworm positive upon rescue. Thanks to lots of love and care in her foster home, she's now a healthy girl, completely ready to find her forever family.

Ideal Home

Gracie is house-trained, crate-trained, and walks like a dream on a leash. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs. While she hasn't been tested with cats, her docile nature suggests she'd likely do well with a feline friend. She hasn't been around children in her foster home, but her easy-going personality makes her a potential wonderful addition to a family. An ideal home would be a suburban setting with fewer passers-by, as Gracie will give a "stranger-danger" alert when outside in her yard, a common trait for her potential breed mix.

Ongoing Health

Gracie is spayed and up-to-date on all her vaccinations. She has fully recovered from heartworm treatment and is now in excellent health.

Training & Support

Gracie is already a pro at house-training, crate-training, and leash walking. She entertains herself quietly indoors and enjoys a good nap. She also loves car rides! Her only noted behavior is her natural alert barking when outside, which is manageable in the right environment.
