A little about them
Rosie is a 2-year-old, 25-pound Lab/Pug/Chihuahua mix who is very timid and shy. She may need several days to feel comfortable in new surroundings and with new people. Once settled, she enjoys lying at your feet, running with her comfort duck toy, and spending time with her foster family.
Ideal Home
Rosie gets along with dogs and is learning to play with her foster pack and foster parents. She has not been around cats. She would prefer a fenced yard because she is not comfortable on a leash. Her adopter should be patient while she builds confidence.
Ongoing Health
Her adoption fee includes a microchip, spay/neuter, age-appropriate Bordetella, DH(L)PP, and rabies vaccinations, heartworm and flea/tick preventives, and deworming.
Training & Support
Rosie does not like crates and sleeps on a dog bed at night so she can watch her foster family. She is working on house-training, knows “sit,” and loves chicken treats.
