About April Bandera

Meet April, an 8-month-old sweetheart weighing about 32 lbs! She's the perfect blend of playful puppy energy and gentle affection. While we suspect she's a pit/lab mix, her most striking feature is her loving and tender personality. April is incredibly sweet-natured with a soft, submissive demeanor. She's doing great with larger dogs, happily following their lead and being part of the pack. She can be a little shy when meeting new people, but with a little time, she blossoms into a wiggly, affectionate companion whose full-body tail wags will surely melt your heart! Her favorite things include soft toys, squeaky toys, cozy naps after playtime, and gentle snuggles once she feels comfortable.

Ideal Home

April is looking for a family ready to guide her as she grows with structure, patience, and positive training.

Ongoing Health

April is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable, and a heartworm test and treatment if needed. She is microchipped with free lifetime registration.

As a young puppy, April will thrive with positive reinforcement and guidance. Adopters are required to commit to crate training, which will aid in her potty training and confidence building.
