Murphy

Murphy is an adorable Schnauzer mix boy, around 20 months old and weighing about 15 lbs. While he might get a little overwhelmed by new things or loud noises initially, he adjusts quickly and is sure to become a cherished member of your family! He gets along well with other dogs and likely cats too, as he hasn't shown any prey drive in his foster home. Murphy would do well with gentle, older children, but might be a bit too sensitive for infants and toddlers due to his tendency to get scared by sudden noises. He never becomes aggressive, but we want to ensure he feels safe and comfortable.

Ideal Home

Murphy would thrive in a home that can provide a calm environment and understand his sensitivity to loud noises. He's a good boy who does well with other dogs and probably cats. He's best suited for a family with gentle, older children and not for homes with infants or toddlers, as sudden noises can frighten him.

Ongoing Health

Murphy is up-to-date on vaccinations and has been neutered.

Training & Support

Murphy is house-trained and knows basic commands. With a little patience and understanding, he'll settle in beautifully.
