Sir Bentley Fitzsimmons

Sir Bentley Fitzsimmons, or Bentley as he's known, is a delightful 9-year-old, 11-pound Yorkshire Terrier with a heart full of fun and love to give! He was rescued from a local shelter due to landlord issues, and we suspect his booming bark for such a little guy might have contributed to that. Bentley's absolute favorite thing in the world is playing fetch, but he also enjoys a good game of tug-of-war and making friends with other small dogs. He's already a pro at being house-trained and gets along wonderfully with cats.

Ideal Home

Bentley is looking for a home that can keep up with his enthusiasm for fetch – be prepared to play a lot! He'd love a family that will spoil him with new toys and understands his need for doggy stairs to reach his favorite furniture spots. A fenced yard is a bonus, but not a strict requirement. Due to his small size, he would do best in a home without young children. He also needs a canine companion, a small dog under 20 pounds, to share his adventures.

Ongoing Health

Bentley is heartworm tested negative, vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. He recently had a much-needed dental cleaning and tooth extraction.

Training & Support

Bentley is house-trained and enjoys playing with other small dogs and cats. He's a smart boy who loves to play fetch.
