Jesse Bear would be happiest in a home with a fenced-in backyard where he can explore, play, and soak up the sun. He would also thrive with a family that includes children 8 years or older.

Jesse Bear is a mix of Shepherd and Husky, believed to be around 1 year old and weighing 52 lbs. As with any rescue, breed and age are not guaranteed. He has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Jesse Bear has shown to be gentle and affectionate with children. He is also dog-friendly and has been respectful of the household cat. He enjoys playing with other dogs and can match their energy levels. Jesse Bear has been assessed and worked with by trainers on staff, including crate training and leash walking.

Jesse Bear is located in Texas. We offer nationwide transport through our certified system, with drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. A $87 surcharge applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up in the Houston area.
