I'm Archer, a smart, happy, and active Pit Bull Terrier mix ready to steal your heart! I may be deaf, but I listen with my whole heart and am so grateful to be alive and out of a bad situation. My buddy Armstrong and I were found tied to a tree without food, water, or shade, but thankfully, the police rescued us. Now, I'm living with my rescue family and loving my new life, but I'm dreaming of a forever home! I was diagnosed with heartworms when I arrived, but I've completed my treatment and am now healthy and ready for my new adventure.

Ideal Home

I'm looking for a home that understands my special needs as a deaf dog. I'd do best as the only pet in the household, and with older children only, as I can be a bit boisterous.

Training & Support

While I'm a smart boy, I am still learning to be house-trained. I'm eager to please and will thrive with consistent guidance and positive reinforcement.
