Oscar

Oscar is a sweet, 5.5-month-old Great Pyrenees who loves to be near his people. He spent his early months on a farm with plenty of animal exposure, but we believe he'd be happiest as the sole animal companion in his new home. Oscar enjoys splashing around and would be thrilled with a kiddie pool on warm days! If you're searching for a handsome and affectionate new friend, Oscar is the one for you.

Ideal Home

Oscar would do best as the only pet in the home.

Ongoing Health

Oscar has had all age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming. He will be current on flea and heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed by a veterinarian within 10 days of departure.

Training & Support

Oscar is still young and learning. Guidance on positive reinforcement training methods will help him thrive.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Adoption interviews and meet-and-greets are conducted via video call.
• Our out-of-state adoption fee is $300 plus transport, which includes all age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, spay/neuter (for pets 6 months & older), and a heartworm test (if over 6 months old).
• All dogs will be current on flea and heartworm prevention.
• Please note that adoptions are not on a first-come, first-served basis; our priority is finding the best possible home for each animal.

Transporation

Oscar is currently fostered in Texas but is available for adoption and transport out of state. Transport will be to a predetermined location agreed upon by Wags. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport.
