This sweet pup is spayed and fully healthy! She is still receiving the core puppy vaccine series and will need one additional vaccine after adoption to reach full immunization. She is also microchipped!

Hazel is a dream puppy! Cuddly, playful, and smart – what more could you ask for? As an active and smart kid, Hazel will do best with an adopter who is ready for all the stages that puppyhood and adolescence brings.

Ideal Home

Hazel enjoys the company of other dogs and has done well with a variety of canine friends. She has lived with or interacted well with cats and can peacefully share a home with them. She also enjoys spending time with children and has demonstrated appropriate behavior around them.

Hazel is spayed and fully vaccinated with her core puppy series. She will need one additional vaccine after adoption to reach full immunization. She is also microchipped.

Training & Support

Hazel has good house manners but may have an occasional accident while adjusting to a new home. She also has good leash manners but may occasionally pull or get distracted. OTAT requires that all dogs 6 months and under be enrolled in a positive reinforcement training program within 2 weeks of their adoption at their adopter's expense. A $150 refundable deposit will be collected at the time of adoption and refunded upon receipt of proof of enrollment in a positive reinforcement training program.
