Binx is a charming 1-year-old, 70-pound neutered male Staffordshire Terrier mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He was found as a stray and has since settled into a foster home where he's shown himself to be the perfect blend of playful goofball and affectionate cuddle bug. Binx loves to chase toys, play with dog friends his size, and toss his toys around. After some exercise, he's happiest curled up on the couch, soaking up pets and giving kisses. He's a smart cookie, already knowing "sit," "shake," and "no," and he enjoys learning new things. Binx has some adorable quirks, like thinking he's a much smaller dog and making a funny face when he's excited. He can be a bit cautious around new people, especially tall men, but with a little time and patience, he becomes a devoted and loyal companion.
Ideal Home
Binx would do best in a home with older children (10+) or adults who understand his need for a slow introduction process. He also thrives with well-balanced, calm dogs who approach him gently. A fenced yard and a family who enjoys moderate activity followed by plenty of couch snuggles would be ideal for him.
Ongoing Health
Binx is neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.
Training & Support
Binx is already learning quickly and knows several commands. He enjoys gentle attention, especially brushing, and will politely remind you if you stop petting him too soon! He may need patience and time to adjust to new environments and people due to his cautious nature.
