Willie

HI my name is Willie, I am a 2-year-old, 16-pound Terrier Mix. I am a very active boy looking for a loving family with a big, fenced backyard to play and run in. I love all dogs and cats, sometimes I bark at the cats because I want them to chase me! I get the zoomies and love to run in circles, and I really enjoy playing fetch with my squeaky toys. Most of all, I love to cuddle in your lap like a baby! I sleep all night in a crate, but I'd much rather sleep in your bed. I love walks and am good about standing still when you put on my harness. Be prepared though, I'm strong and will excitedly chase birds and squirrels! I also love car rides. I get very excited when I meet new people and sometimes jump up, but we're working on that. I'm an extremely energetic dog and would be happy as the only dog or with another canine companion. When I get the zoomies, I can be a bit of a bulldozer, so watch out! My favorite toys are soft, squeaky, and durable, especially my hedgehog, throw toy, and ball. If you're looking for a loyal and loving companion, I'm your perfect match for a happily ever after!

I am working on not jumping up on people when I get excited. I am also still learning to be mindful of my surroundings when I get the zoomies.
