Tower would thrive in a quiet home with minimal foot traffic, as busy environments can be a bit overwhelming for her. She's still building her confidence, and large crowds or noisy places make her nervous. A calm and patient family who can give her time to adjust and feel safe would be ideal. She would do best as the only dog in the household. A fenced yard is preferred for safe play and exercise.
