Ellie Belly is a calm, affectionate girl who brings a peaceful presence wherever she goes. She has a soft expression and an even softer personality, immediately putting those around her at ease. She's been showing her foster family just how seamlessly she can settle into home life. She enjoys short walks on leash and may even show a playful side while exploring. She's also excellent in the car - hopping in and out easily and usually sleeping through the ride. Her previous shelter shared that she has been very sweet and loving with kids and enjoys being part of a family environment. She's also lived comfortably around cats. In her foster home, she coexists peacefully with three dogs, chickens, and even turkeys without issue. When friends visited, Ellie greeted them with warmth and friendliness - she truly is one of those dogs that everyone falls in love with. Ellie is potty trained and has wonderful house manners. In fact, her foster described her as the best-behaved dog they've had.
