Prepare yourself for an overwhelming amount of fluff! Maximilian doesn't even look real; he's like a fluffy teddy bear mixed with a baby polar bear, and he's impossibly cute. He's the kind of puppy that makes people stop and say, "It's too fluffy!" before immediately wanting to scoop him up for cuddles. With giant fluffy paws, cloud-like fur, and a sweet puppy face, Maximilian is irresistible.
Maximilian is a approximately 2-month-old puppy, weighing around 10 lbs. We believe he may be a Great Pyrenees/German Shepherd mix, but with rescue, breed is always a guess! He is playful without being over-the-top, incredibly sweet, loves toys, and is already showing us what a cuddly little guy he is. He's happiest when he's having fun or soaking up affection from his people.
Ideal Home
Maximilian would thrive in a home that's ready for everything puppyhood brings. He needs a family that will provide continued socialization, training, structure, consistency, and lots of positive experiences to help him grow into a well-rounded adult dog.
Ongoing Health
Maximilian is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable. He has also had a heartworm test.
Training & Support
We require adopters to begin crate training as soon as their puppy arrives home, as it plays an important role in potty training, learning independence, managing puppy energy, and building healthy lifelong habits. Our trainers on staff have assessed Maximilian and provided behavior modification as needed, including guidance for crate training, potty training, and leash walking.

Transportation
Maximilian is currently in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (with pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area. A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.
