Cooper is still very young at heart and has that classic "dog with ADHD" vibe - always moving, always curious, always ready for the next adventure. He would thrive in an active home that can keep up with his zoomies and give him plenty of playtime, structure, and exercise.

Important notes about Cooper: No cats - he is not feline-friendly. Would do best with someone who understands high-energy dogs. Training and consistency will help him channel all that enthusiasm into being the best boy ever.
