Meet Roscoe! This sweetheart with a heart every bit as big as his goofy grin is ready to find the family he has been waiting for. After getting a second chance at life, Roscoe is eager to share his love and affection. He was found wandering a developing neighborhood, making the best of things on his own. A kind construction worker noticed him and laid out a blanket for him, which quickly became Roscoe's favorite spot. Even then, it was clear he wasn't asking for much – just a little kindness and a place to belong.
With the help of his foster family, Roscoe was brought to safety and received the care he needed. He completed heartworm treatment, was neutered, and has blossomed into the happy, loving dog he was always meant to be. Today, Roscoe is kennel trained, potty trained, wonderful with kids, and gets along great with other dogs. He has an easygoing, affectionate personality and loves being part of whatever his people are doing. Whether it's a walk around the neighborhood, a weekend adventure, or a lazy afternoon on the couch, Roscoe is simply happy to be by your side.

Roscoe does have a small heart murmur that is being monitored by his veterinarian. While it doesn't slow him down, he may need medication later in life.

Transporation
Roscoe is currently in his foster home in Houston, Texas. He is available for transport to many locations all across the country. His adoption fee of $600 includes the transport fee.
