Born on April 16, 2026, she's a delightful mix, with a daddy who's a purebred German Shepherd and a mama who's a charming German Shepherd and Husky blend. Rhoda is ready to find her forever home and bring joy and companionship to her lucky family!

Ongoing Health
Rhoda has received 3 puppy shots and deworming with each vaccination. She has an upcoming appointment on July 7th with Dr. Tommy Isbell for a health exam and rabies vaccination. You will receive a folder with all her medical records when you pick her up.
Training & Support
As a young puppy, Rhoda will benefit from continued training and socialization to help her grow into a well-rounded adult dog. Patience and positive reinforcement will go a long way in helping her thrive.
Application Details:
- Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
- Once your application is approved, you will receive an "Approval Letter" via text, followed by the "Transport Roster Information form."
- The "Transport Roster Information form" will allow you to select your pickup location and provide links to pay the transport fee.
- The total cost of adoption is $225.
- A $75 transport fee is due upfront to secure your adoption and transport.
- The adoption fee is not due until you pick up your new furry friend.
- You have the option to designate someone else to pick up your pet.
Transportation
Rhoda is currently at Greg King Canine Recovery Dog Rescue located at 484 Farren Road in Texarkana, Texas 75503. Once a month, we transport pre-adopted dogs and puppies to the following cities: Arnold, Missouri; Springfield, Illinois; Bloomington, Illinois; Lafayette, Indiana; and Rockford, Illinois. Pick-up times are approximate and will be confirmed with a live Google Map link so you can follow our progress. All pickups will be in the parking lot of the designated PetSmart locations, not inside the stores. You are also welcome to visit our rescue in Texarkana, Texas, to pick up your adopted pet, provided your application has been approved prior to your visit.
