Lou is an 8-month-old female Husky mix with a beautiful medium-length black coat and cream markings. She weighs 37 pounds and is sure to capture your heart with her sweet nature. Lou was found as a stray and brought to us by city animal control. She's got the energy and spirit of a Husky, known for their even temperaments and love for adventure! Lou has fantastic potential to blossom into a wonderful, active companion for the right family.

Ideal Home

Lou would thrive in a home with other dogs and children. However, she absolutely no cats. As Huskies are known for their intelligence and their knack for exploring, her new home will need a strong, securely fenced yard to keep her safe. She needs an active family who can provide her with plenty of regular exercise.

Ongoing Health

Lou will need to be spayed before she can go to her new home. All dogs are screened for heartworm and are negative unless otherwise noted. Our adoption fees include vaccinations, deworming, microchipping with registration, and a courtesy vet exam at participating clinics.

Training & Support

Huskies are smart and energetic, so regular exercise and mental stimulation are key to her happiness. With patience and attention, Lou will be a fantastic companion.
