Tito is a beautiful, mixed-breed young female dog with a sleek, smooth, and soft coat that often makes her look like she's smiling! She's generally a happy girl who enjoys playing with other dogs and showering her people with attention. She can be a little shy around new faces or quick-moving children, but once she warms up, her tail starts wagging! Tito performs a delightful "happy dance" when her favorite humans return, when she sees a leash, or when she's let out of her crate.
Ideal Home
Tito would make a fantastic companion for someone who enjoys being active and exploring the outdoors. She has enough energy for a couple of walks a day and loves to sniff and discover new things on her adventures. She would likely do best in a home with a confident dog of similar size or larger, or she might even be content as the sole furry resident. Because she can jump up when excited, a home with children aged 10 and older would be ideal.
Ongoing Health
Tito is house-trained and almost always does her business outside. However, occasional indoor accidents can happen, usually if her humans miss her subtle cues or if she's simply having too much fun to interrupt her play.
Training & Support
Tito enjoys nipping at other dogs' ears and hind legs, so she'll benefit from a home environment where she can learn gentle play manners. She also jumps up when excited, so continued positive reinforcement training will help her greet people politely.

Transporation
Tito is located in Sleepy Eye, MN, and is currently in a foster home. We are a foster-based rescue, so meet-and-greets are arranged only after an application has been submitted and approved. We do not have the ability to determine breeds with certainty, so any breed listed is our best guess.
