About Lila

I am Lila, a 2-year-old bundle of love whose name means "April" in Hawaiian. I came to KAWS Sanctuary from the local shelter because my unbridled energy was a bit much. Here, I've had plenty of opportunities to play fetch and go on jogs, sometimes up to 3 miles a day! Consistent exercise and structured handling have helped me to calm down and enjoy my surroundings. While I'm still quite headstrong, I aim to please and am always up for an adventure! I'm a pitbull/hound mix.

Ideal Home

Lila would do best in a home with no other pets and humans who can commit to exercising her every day.

Ongoing Health

Lila is spayed and vaccinated.

Lila can be headstrong but aims to please. Consistent exercise and structured handling have helped her to calm down.
