Copper

Copper is an adorable 8-month-old red heeler mix, weighing in at about 24 lbs. He arrived in Colorado with his sister and is settling in wonderfully in his foster home. Copper is a big fan of cuddles, loves to soak up the sun, and enjoys playing with all sorts of toys and other dogs. He's also great with kids and cats, proving himself to be a well-rounded pup! Copper is a smart cookie and is picking up new things very quickly. He's already sleeping through the night in his crate without any accidents and also enjoys snoozing in his foster's bed.

Ideal Home

Copper would thrive in a home that can provide him with plenty of love, playtime, and opportunities to cuddle. He gets along well with dogs, kids, and cats, so a home with existing pets and children would be a great fit.
