Henna

Henna is a sweet, approximately one-year-old Chihuahua mix who, along with her sister Frida, was rescued from a hoarding situation. They were initially very frightened, but with time and patience, Henna has begun to show progress and trust humans. She's even starting to approach people, especially when treats are involved! Henna, like her sister, will need a quiet and understanding home to decompress and fully blossom.

Ideal Home

Henna needs a patient and loving home where she can continue to build her confidence. She would likely do well with other dogs, as indicated by her positive interactions with them, but her interactions with children and cats are currently unknown.

Ongoing Health

Henna is generally doing well. Her sister Frida requires daily medication for a heart condition, but Henna herself does not have any specific health concerns mentioned.

Training & Support

Henna is still a bit shy and will need time to adjust to a new environment. She is not yet house-trained and will benefit from consistent positive reinforcement and gentle guidance to help her feel secure and learn new things.
