He's a joyful and energetic dog with a sharp mind and a loving heart. Monty walks nicely on a leash, is already housebroken, and thrives when he has a purpose. He's intelligent, keen to learn, and very trainable, making him an ideal companion for an active family that enjoys keeping their dog both mentally and physically stimulated. He adores belly rubs and has proven to be a wonderful family dog, doing great with children as young as 7. While he enjoys plenty of activity and play, Monty also has a calm side and is content to relax indoors after he's had his exercise. This charming fellow is the complete package: smart, affectionate, playful, and reliably steady. He's sure to become a cherished member of any family ready to welcome him into their daily lives.

Monty is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative. He receives regular heartworm medication, flea and tick treatment, and deworming medication.

Monty is currently fostered in Adair County, KY. We offer transport to Greenwood, IN, Wilmington, OH, Washington, PA, and Mount Joy, PA. To be eligible for transport, your application must be approved, a deposit paid, and a transport contract signed.
