Dasher is a short, mighty low rider weighing about 41 pounds. He enjoys walks and can be playful, while also likely doing best in a quiet, low-key home. He may need several days to warm up to new people.

Ideal Home

Dasher is not a fan of children, so a home without children is recommended. He likes some dogs but can be selective, so a meet and greet must be scheduled in advance. His compatibility with cats is unknown.

Ongoing Health

Dasher has a chronic leg issue and occasionally limps. His injury appears to have healed without medical intervention, but his leg should be monitored as he ages and he may eventually need arthritis medication. He is vaccinated, wormed, microchipped, and tested negative for heartworm.

Training & Support

Dasher enjoys going for walks and can be playful. He may need time and patience to become comfortable with new people.
