Ruby

Ruby is a sweet young girl with a heart of gold. She came to us as a stray after experiencing some tough times, but after a few months in foster care, she's shown everyone what an incredible dog she truly is. Beneath it all is an affectionate, happy pup who wants nothing more than to love everyone she meets. Ruby is friendly with both people and other dogs, and she approaches life with enthusiasm and joy. She has a playful, energetic personality and would thrive with an adopter who can embrace her zest for life while continuing to provide structure and guidance. She's highly food motivated, which makes training both fun and rewarding, and she especially loves puzzle toys, treat-dispensing games, and cozy plushies.

Ruby is spayed, vaccinated, and has no special health needs at this time.

Training & Support

Ruby is currently working on her crate training and does very well when crated while no one is home. However, if her people are nearby, she may protest with a few cries—after all, she'd much rather be hanging out with you! With patience and continued positive reinforcement, she's making great progress.
