Roxas

Roxas is a young, 20-month-old German Shepherd mix, weighing 56 pounds and still growing. He's a sweet, goofy, and affectionate boy who loves to be part of his family's fun. Rescued from a high-kill shelter in Texas, Roxas has a lot of love to give and is also protective of his people when encountering strangers. He has plenty of puppy energy and is eager to learn, making him a prime candidate for continued guidance, training, and socialization to help him mature into a confident and well-rounded adult dog.

Ideal Home

Roxas would thrive as an only dog, where he can receive all the love and attention. An active home that can provide plenty of enrichment, adventures, training sessions, and even daycare to keep his mind and body busy is ideal. A fully fenced yard is mandatory for Roxas to ensure he has a safe space to exercise and play. Experience with German Shepherds is required for adoption.

Ongoing Health

Roxas is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all his vaccinations, including heartworm and flea protection.

Training & Support

Roxas has a lot of puppy energy and enthusiasm, so he'll benefit from continued structure, training, and socialization. He is smart and eager to learn, and with patience and consistency, he has the potential to become an incredible lifelong companion.
