Meet Ziva, a delightful 5-year-old Pit Bull/Terrier mix who is a 56-pound bundle of affection! She's the perfect dog for first-time owners, having already sailed past the puppy stage and mastered some great basic manners. Ziva thrives on human connection, adores cuddling, and has a special talent for making everyone feel cherished. Ideal Home
Ziva is an easygoing companion who fits seamlessly into daily life. She has a happy medium energy level, making her equally enthusiastic about fun walks and cozying up on the couch for movie nights. She's wonderful with children and other dogs, and is quite a quiet girl. She's currently fostering with five other dogs, so she'd be comfortable in a multi-dog household, but would also be content as a solo pup. While she has done well meeting outdoor cats and appears to have a low prey drive, we believe she could thrive in a home with feline friends given a proper introduction.

Ziva is currently undergoing treatment for heartworms.
Training & Support
With her eager-to-please nature, Ziva should pick up any new training with ease! She's making excellent progress with her potty training and will even signal when she needs to go outside. She also enjoys car rides, especially if they come with head scratches!

- Your adoption fee includes spay/neuter (if age-appropriate), transport from Texas to our foster homes, core vaccinations, a heartworm test (if age-appropriate), deworming, and a microchip.
- Every adoption comes with a complimentary First Exam at any participating VCA Animal Hospital within the first 14 days.
- VCA provides limited health guarantee coverage (up to $250) for specific minor illnesses diagnosed during the initial 14-day period.
- We do not guarantee breed or adult size, as breed listed is an educated guess.
Transportation
Ziva is currently in a foster home in Texas. Transport to other locations can be arranged.
