Roxy

Hi there! I'm Roxy, a beautiful 11-year-old German Shepherd mix with a lovely long coat and a light tan and black coat. I'm a large girl who enjoys gentle pets on my hips and chest, and I absolutely love my morning walks (I'm a pro with a harness!). Pupperoni treats are my favorite, though I'm not as keen on biscuits. I seem to like people and children, as long as I don't feel threatened. I'm not a fan of fireworks, so the Fourth of July can be a bit scary for me. I know my age and my needs might make people pass me by, but I'm hoping to find someone special who sees the wonderful dog I am.

Ideal Home

I need to be the one and only pet in the household, as I am not good with cats, other dogs, small animals, or birds. I seem to like people and children, as long as I don't feel threatened.

Ongoing Health

I am altered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

I am scared of fireworks, so please be mindful during loud events like the Fourth of July.
