Meet Avicii - The pup who brings his own beat!
Found alone on a remote road near Playa Las Tortugas, Avicii was rescued by a camper who simply could not walk away. A local yaca farmer had been feeding him once a day for weeks, and this sweet boy survived because kind people stepped in. His full-body wiggle is the result of surviving distemper, but it does not slow him down or dim his joy one bit! He is a distemper survivor with a signature full-body wiggle, and he is sweet, social, and LOVES people. Avicii is also great with other dogs and can now be found running and playing in Area 2. He was found alone but is now thriving with care, and his vetting is complete. If you are looking for someone to keep the beat in your life, Avicii is your boy.

Transportation
Avicii is located in Puerto Vallarta. Approved adopters will meet their new pup at the airport to welcome them home. During the summer months, it may be challenging to secure Canadian flight companions, so dogs may need to fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border if a Canadian flight companion is unavailable. Volunteers have successfully assisted in bringing dogs to adopters at the border during the summer.
