Auburn

Auburn is a beautiful Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler mix who has had a rough start to life. She came to us with two babies and a pellet in her leg where someone shot her, but through it all she has shown incredible resilience and sweetness. At 4 years old, Auburn is super sweet and treat-motivated, which makes her eager to learn and bond with people. She does need a warm-up period to feel safe, but once she trusts you, her loving nature shines. Auburn would do best in a home with another kind, gentle dog who can show her that the world is safe and full of love. She deserves a forever family who will spoil her, give her the patience she needs, and prove to her that she is worthy of the love we already know she is. Ongoing Health

Auburn is spayed, up to date on all shots, microchipped. She is heartworm and Chagas negative. She has received Chagas Testing, Heartworm and Tick Testing, all age-appropriate vaccines, and heartworm and flea/tick preventatives.

Training & Support

Auburn is treat-motivated, which makes her eager to learn and bond with people. She does need a warm-up period to feel safe, but once she trusts you, her loving nature shines.

Auburn is located in Hondo, Texas and is available for transport to Frederick, MD on August 22nd. Transport is available and included in the adoption fee.
