Bea

Bea is a loving, playful, and affectionate 2 1/2-year-old female Australian Cattle Dog mix who weighs about 40-45 lbs. She was rescued from a shelter in South Carolina when her foster home unexpectedly fell through. Thankfully, a wonderful foster mom stepped in to give Bea a second chance at happiness. Now that Bea is settled, we've learned she's a true sweetheart who just needs the right family to help her shine!

Ideal Home

Bea gets along well with other pups, especially smaller dogs. She can be a little nervous around dogs her size or larger, so gradual introductions are recommended. Bea has spent time with her foster mom's grandchildren, ages 3 and 7, and has done phenomenally with them. As a herding breed, she may have a tendency to nip at heels, so gradual introductions to children are advised, but she is absolutely adoring of kids!

Bea is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Bea is housebroken and crate trained. We recommend gradual introductions to new people and animals to help her adjust and build confidence.
