Hi, my name is Monty and I’m a two-year-old, food-motivated boy who loves giving love and snuggles! I’m very loyal and enjoy helping with projects around the house. I’m known for my adorable “cute side eye” and I’m working on my leash manners. When we go for walks, I like to stop and enjoy the grass and snow! I also enjoy baths, but please keep the bar soap away from me – I’ve been known to try and eat it! I’m a vocal communicator, letting you know when I need something. While I love my humans, I also appreciate my personal space and will let you know when I need some alone time. I get along with other dogs but would prefer a feline-free home.

Monty would do best in a home without cats.

Monty is neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations. He has special needs, requiring an experienced handler.

Training & Support

Monty knows some commands and is working on leash walking. He is food motivated, making training with treats a great option. He is house-trained and enjoys baths, but needs to be kept away from bar soap.
