Calix

Calix is an adorable male puppy, born on May 3rd, with a charming mix of Shih Tzu, Pug, and Dachshund. He currently weighs around 3.5 lbs and is brimming with puppy energy and affection. Calix and his brothers were surrendered to us from the South Texas area and are now looking for their forever families. These pups are incredibly happy, love being around people, and are eager to please. They have the most delightful wiggle butts when they get excited, showing their pure joy. Calix loves his toys, enjoys cuddling, and truly cherishes life. He's very well-socialized and would likely greet an intruder with tail wags and a request for pets and treats. He is also very motivated by food and is a big fan of all treats!

Ideal Home

Calix is a young puppy and will require a family that understands the commitment of raising a baby. He needs training, exercise appropriate for his small size, patience, and an abundance of love and care.

Ongoing Health

Calix is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention. He has also been de-wormed and will receive a clean bill of health from a veterinarian before transport.

Training & Support

As a young puppy, Calix will need consistent training and guidance. He is very food-motivated, which will be a great asset in his training journey.

Transportation

Calix is currently located in Texas. He can be transported to various locations in the Central US and the East Coast, including stops in NY, VT, NH, CT, OH, PA, NJ, MD, and VA. Transport occurs every 2-3 weeks.
