Chetty is a jazzy lovebug who adores songs and dancing! This female Labrador Retriever/Shepherd mix is looking for a special family to shower with affection. She's still learning important skills like crate comfort and confident leash walking, but with consistent practice and love, she'll master them in no time. Her foster family has been instrumental in her progress, and she's ready to share all the love she's learned with her forever home. Chetty is a mid-to-high energy girl who can get a little overly excited, especially when her favorite people return home, sometimes forgetting her size and jumping with joy. She gets along wonderfully with children, but it's a good reminder for little ones to be gentle as she might forget how small they are. While she's curious about cats and may chase them, she would thrive in a home without cats or with a feline who can confidently hold their own.

Ideal Home

Chetty would do best in a home without cats, or with cats that are comfortable and can stand their ground. She gets very excited when her humans come home and may jump. She gets along great with kids but sometimes forgets her size around them.

Ongoing Health

Chetty is spayed, vaccinated, and has completed heartworm treatment.

Training & Support

Chetty is still learning to be comfortable in a crate and walk confidently on a leash. She is a mid-to-high energy dog and can get overexcited, sometimes forgetting her size around people.
