Albert

Albert is a 2-year-old, 38-pound terrier mix with striking white-and-tan coloring and a personality that’s just as special as his looks. He’s the perfect mix of playful and sweet — full of healthy energy for walks, playtime, and adventures, but just as happy to relax when it’s time to wind down. Albert loves people, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and would be thrilled to have a pup sibling to romp and explore with. That said, he’s just as content to be your one and only. He takes treats so gently, is eager to please, and absolutely lives for pets and praise. It’s hard not to smile when Albert is with you — especially when his “wiggle butt” makes an appearance. This one-of-a-kind boy would make a wonderful addition to anyone’s family. His happy, loving nature is even more meaningful when you know he was rescued from the euthanasia list at a high-kill Texas shelter for no reason other than an overcrowded shelter. Now, Albert is ready to bring his charm, loyalty, and joy to a forever family who will love him just as much as he’ll love them.

Ideal Home

Albert would do best in a home with children 10 years and older. He enjoys the company of other dogs but is equally happy being the sole canine companion.

Albert is a healthy boy with no ongoing health conditions.

Albert is eager to please and takes treats gently. Continue to provide positive reinforcement and praise to help him thrive.

Transporation

Albert is currently being fostered in Texas and will be transported to his forever home by our rescue. Transports depart weekly.
