Pepper

Pepper is a sweet, medium-sized, young Saluki mix who was rescued in Qatar. While she can be a bit timid when first meeting new people, she quickly warms up to become a friendly and waggy companion. Pepper loves to run and play, but is equally happy to relax and snuggle. She has a medium energy level, is clean in the home, and already knows how to sit for a treat!

Ideal Home

Pepper would thrive in a home where she feels secure and protected. This means her owner must be prepared to anticipate potential issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure she doesn't feel the need to become the protector herself. A one-dog home with a fenced yard is ideal for Pepper to feel comfortable and safe.

Ongoing Health

Pepper is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Pepper can be a little nervous around other dogs when she's on leash, and homes where she could not be protected from such encounters have not worked out for her in the past. Her new owner will need to be mindful of this and help her navigate these situations.
