About Odin Bear Just a Sweet Boy

Odin Bear has the kind of face that makes you smile before he's even done anything. Then he does something goofy and you're completely done for. Maybe it's the long legs he's still figuring out how to coordinate. Maybe it's the tail that seems to have a mind of its own. Or maybe it's just the fact that Odin approaches life with the enthusiasm of a puppy who genuinely believes every day is going to be the best day ever. Whatever it is, this handsome boy has a way of making people fall for him fast. Odin Bear is approximately 5 months old, currently weighs around 35 lbs, and we believe he may be a German Shepherd/Bloodhound mix. He's affectionate, playful, curious, and always interested in what everyone else is doing. He loves being included and has a happy, easygoing personality that makes him fun to be around. Whether he's carrying around a toy, investigating something new, or soaking up attention from his people, Odin seems to find joy in just about everything. He is very food motivated and eager to learn, making him a great candidate for continued training. He's also learning to enjoy playing with toys and has a charming, if slightly uncoordinated, pounce.

Ideal Home

We think Odin would do best in a home with a backyard where he has room to run, play, and stretch his legs.

Ongoing Health

Odin is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes his DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccine. He has also received multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. He has tested negative for heartworm.

Training & Support

Odin is crate trained and is learning to be reliably housetrained. Like all puppies, he will benefit from continued routine, consistency, and structure as he grows. His eagerness to please and food motivation will make him a joy to train!
