When you meet Zumi Cutie, you'll immediately notice his incredibly sweet face, the kind that makes you want to squeeze his little cheeks! He's a delightful pittie mix, around 2 years old and weighing 52 lbs. Zumi is a gentle soul with a shy beginning that quickly blossoms into affectionate leans and thoughtful closeness. He's not one for overwhelming kisses, but offers a perfect balance of affection and personal space. In his video, you can see his joyful, wiggly side when he's with people he loves, making him the perfect companion to come home to.
Ideal Home
Zumi would thrive in a home with a semi-active family looking for a loving companion to share adventures. He'd do best in a suburban environment with a backyard, rather than a busy city. He also needs a kitty-free home.
Ongoing Health
Zumi is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies. He has received multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments and flea and heartworm preventatives.
Training & Support
Zumi is a treat-motivated learner and eager to please. He is already crate trained and potty trained, and walks well on a leash with minimal pulling. He does best with a couple of potty breaks throughout the day.

Transportation
Zumi is currently located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue's USDA-certified transport system, which includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. A $87 surcharge applies due to transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
