Pom Pom

Pom Pom is a petite girl who's a master at spinning and sitting pretty! She's a little underweight right now, but with some good food and love, we know she'll get to a healthy weight. More than just snacks, Pom Pom needs a dedicated person to cheer her on, keep her safe, and shower her with affection. She's ready to bring joy and charm to her forever home!

Ongoing Health

Pom Pom is a bit underweight, but this is something we can help her overcome with proper nutrition. All dogs adopted from Chicago Animal Care and Control are spayed/neutered and vaccinated before going to their new homes.

Training & Support

Pom Pom is not yet house-trained. We recommend slow, cautious, and appropriate introductions with any resident dogs, allowing for decompression time for Pom Pom after arriving in her new home.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• All household members should be present to meet dogs.
• Dog-to-dog meet-and-greets can be arranged. Proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination for your dog(s) is required for meet-and-greets.

Transportation

Pom Pom is located at Chicago Animal Care and Control at 2741 S. Western Ave., Chicago, IL. Walk-in visitors are welcome daily from 12pm to 7pm. If you plan to adopt on the day of your visit, please arrive before 5:30pm. Visitors arriving after 5:30pm can view animals in Pavilions A-B-C until 7pm.
