Koa

Koa is a handsome boy who, along with his siblings, was found abandoned and without care. Thankfully, Beauties & Beasts Rescue stepped in and brought him to safety. Since then, Koa has been working on his health and learning that people can be kind and trustworthy. He's still building his confidence and social skills, so he'll do best with a patient adopter who understands that trust takes time. Having another confident, friendly dog in the home is required to help Koa feel secure and continue coming out of his shell.

Ongoing Health

Koa is currently heartworm positive and undergoing treatment. An approved adopter will be required to continue the prescribed treatment plan and follow all medical guidelines. Beauties & Beasts Rescue will cover the cost of the remaining heartworm treatment as long as it is completed according to the veterinarian's recommendations.

Training & Support

Koa is still building confidence and learning social skills. Patience, love, and consistency will help him blossom into a loyal and loving companion.

Transportation

Koa is currently boarding at the Haysville Building and is available to meet during public hours Wednesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
