At 3 years old and 40 lbs she's a spunky Border Collie mix. This girl loves life with people! Her simple pleasures include being with people, going on car rides, going on walks, and playing fetch with her favorite ball. Mikka is super smart and catches on to new things quickly, that's the collie in her! She knows "sit," "down," "shake," "wait" (to eat and to get out of the crate), and "crate up."

Ideal Home

Mikka would be best as an only dog, as she is quite active and gets nervous around children under 10. She is very dog selective and prefers to initiate interactions rather than have other dogs approach her. While she can be nervous with quick, unexpected movements from children, she becomes excited to say hello once she gets to know them. Older children who are dog-savvy would be okay.
