Meet Rusty!

Rusty is a handsome 1-year-old Husky/Aussie mix with a heart as big as his smile. After being rescued from the euthanasia list, he's been given a second chance and is now looking for the forever family he deserves. Rusty is the perfect blend of playful and affectionate. He adores his time outdoors, especially with a rope toy, but once he's expended his energy, he's happiest snuggled up next to his people. Being with his humans is his absolute favorite, and he's always ready for cuddles or just to hang out by your side.

Ongoing Health

Rusty has no known health conditions.

Training & Support

Rusty already knows "sit" and "come," and is quickly mastering "stay" and "lay down." He is potty trained, walks well on a leash, rides great in the car, and settles nicely in his kennel at night. He'll bark a little to alert you to visitors but is not an excessive barker.
