River

Hi, I'm River! I'm a busy guy who moved from Manitoba to BC looking for adventure and my forever human. I love to walk, hike, climb, and go on car rides. I would be thrilled to spend every minute of every day on an active adventure with you. I love people, so taking me to work would be amazing! I'm up for anything and I'm very smart, so I'll learn new things quickly if you want to train me.

Ideal Home

River loves to use his mouth to gently guide you where he wants to go, which makes him unsuitable for homes with young children at this time. River is still learning that food is a regular thing for him, so at times he can become a little possessive over food and bones.

Ongoing Health

River was heartworm positive and treated, but he needs to stay on heartguard for the next 6 months.

Training & Support

River is crate trained and housetrained, and he walks well on a leash.
