Fernando is available for adoption in VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, & OH. He is currently located in Angleton, TX. Transport is available via air-conditioned transport buses with 24-hour care and attendants. You can follow his journey on a private Facebook Event page. Pick up locations will be coordinated with the Adoption Coordinator.
