Molly

Meet Molly, a 1-year-old, 40-pound Border Collie mix who's as smart as she is affectionate! Molly is an outgoing girl who's always up for an adventure. She loves being by her people's side, whether it's for couch cuddles, resting her head in your lap, or curling up next to you at the end of the day.

Ideal Home

Molly is a high-energy, athletic dog who thrives on both physical exercise and mental stimulation. She'd be a fantastic companion for someone who loves hiking, training, or other outdoor activities. She absolutely adores toys and playing fetch! Her foster home recommends a securely fenced yard for her to safely explore, though it's not a strict requirement. Molly has done well with other dogs and cats in her foster home. While she's still learning polite greetings and can get excited, we believe she'd do best with older, respectful children.

Ongoing Health

Molly has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is currently on flea and heartworm preventatives.

Training & Support

Molly is crate-trained and doing well with house-training when on a consistent schedule. She's an intelligent dog who's eager to learn, and she would benefit from continued training in basic manners and impulse control. Molly has shown some resource guarding around high-value items with another dog, but feeding them separately is an easy way to manage this.
