Maynard (In Foster W/ Trainer)

Meet Maynard! He's a sweet boy with a big heart and a desire to be brave. Maynard was rescued from a hoarding situation and has been in a foster home for a couple of months. Once he trusts you, he's a happy, easygoing gentleman. However, due to his past, he can be nervous around new people and places, flinching at fast movements and loud noises. It takes him a little while to build trust. Despite his fears, Maynard faces them every day and enjoys moments of pure joy and playfulness. Importantly, his fear has never led to aggression towards people.

Ideal Home

Maynard would do best in a home with older kids or adults. He has tested fine with cats. He may be selective with canine companions.

Ongoing Health

Maynard is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Maynard is crate trained and potty trained, making him an easy companion. He just needs a little patience, love, and support as he continues to gain confidence and bravery.
