Hi, I’m Luis! I was born on November 8, 2023, one of Lucy’s babies, and I’m a brindle-and-white boy with a big heart. My mom and siblings were rescued thanks to someone who cared enough to ask for help, even though they didn’t have a home themselves. Because of that kindness, I got my chance at safety and love. At first, I can be a little timid when meeting new people. Sudden movements or loud noises scare me, and I don’t always trust strangers right away. But once I realize you’re gentle and not trying to hurt me, I melt into all the pets and cuddles you can give. What can I say, I have lived in a shelter all my life with so many other dogs, it's hard to get any individual attention. I’m learning quickly—on leash I might pull for the first few minutes, but then I settle right into a perfect heel. I even proved how smart I am when I got off lead accidentally and found my way back to the shelter all on my own, three blocks away! I’m playful, full of energy, and I love running and playing with other dogs. I don’t react to them, I just enjoy their company. Deep down, I’m a happy boy who’s ready to trust, love, and be someone’s forever companion.
